Fixed belt conveyor

A stationary belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses a conveyor belt as both the load-carrying and traction mechanism. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, ports, power generation, and building materials. Its core structure consists of a drive unit, a conveyor belt, a set of idlers, drums, a tensioning device, and a cleaning system. Material transport is achieved through the frictional force between the drive drum and the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber or steel-cord core materials, and depending on the characteristics of the material being conveyed, belts can be selected with wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, or flame-retardant properties. The belt width ranges from 500 mm to 2000 mm, making it suitable for a variety of transportation needs.

This equipment features long-distance, high-capacity conveying capabilities, with a single unit capable of transporting materials over distances of several kilometers. It boasts high transportation efficiency and smooth operation, enabling horizontal, inclined, or multi-segment combined conveying. Its modular structural design facilitates rapid assembly and maintenance. The roller assemblies include groove-type, self-aligning, and cushioning types, effectively minimizing misalignment and reducing material impact. The drive system is configured with either a motor-plus-reducer or an electric drum, equipped with a backstop and braking device to ensure operational safety.

In industrial settings, stationary belt conveyors are often integrated with crushers and screening equipment to form automated production lines, making them suitable for the continuous transportation of bulk materials such as coal, ores, sand, and gravel, as well as piece goods. Their technical specifications can be customized according to specific operating conditions—for example, a belt width of 1200 mm can achieve a throughput of up to 1200 tons per hour, with belt speeds ranging from 0.8 to 4 meters per second. Models with enhanced environmental adaptability can operate reliably under conditions ranging from -25°C to +40°C.
