Product Introduction

　　The circular belt conveyor (commonly referred to as the "tube belt conveyor") is a new type of bulk material handling equipment developed by incorporating advanced foreign technologies. It can achieve spatial redirection with a relatively small footprint, thereby reducing the required floor space. This series of products is suitable for conveying various bulk materials with densities ranging from 0 to 25 tons per cubic meter under diverse and complex terrain conditions. The standard tubular belt operates within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +40°C; however, if special requirements apply, specially designed belts can withstand ambient temperatures up to +160°C. The application of the circular belt conveyor is virtually unrestricted, making it suitable for transporting any type of material. Typical materials conveyed include ores, coke, limestone, crushed stone, shale, and alluvial soil. Even some particularly challenging materials—such as steel concentrates, petroleum coke, clay, waste residues, concrete, metal slag, moist fly ash, tailings, bauxite, and dust collected from filtration processes—can be efficiently transported using this conveyor system. This product finds extensive applications in material handling systems across industries including power generation, building materials, chemical processing, mining, metallurgy, docks, ports, coal handling, grain storage, and more.
