Product Introduction

　　The steep-angle belt conveyor combines the advantages of conventional belt conveyors—such as simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance—while also enabling high-angle material transportation. With its compact design and small footprint, this type of conveyor has seen significant development in recent years, particularly in applications involving large lifting heights and high conveying capacities, thus broadening its range of uses. The conveyor can handle material inclinations ranging from 0° to 90°, with a maximum vertical conveying particle size of 300 mm. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -35° to +40° and is suitable for conveying bulk materials with bulk densities ranging from 0.5 to 4.8 t/m³.

　　The sidewall belt consists of a base belt, sidewalls, and partitions. The base belt has the same appearance as a conventional conveyor belt but features greater lateral rigidity. The sidewalls are wavy in shape, and the partitions can be classified into T-type, C-type, and TC-type according to their different cross-sectional profiles. The T-type is suitable for applications with an inclination angle B ≤ 40°, while the C-type is appropriate for applications with an inclination angle B > 40°, where the material exhibits high stickiness and viscosity.

Scope of application

　　This product is primarily used for the continuous conveying of bulk materials and is widely applied in industries such as iron and steel, coal, grain, building materials, chemical engineering, and hydropower. For materials with special conveying requirements—such as those that are high-temperature, acidic, alkaline, containing oils, or composed of organic solvents—a specially designed sidewall conveyor belt can be employed.
