The single-sided plow-type discharger and the double-sided plow-type discharger are commonly used coal-discharging devices positioned in the middle section of belt conveyors. The single-sided plow-type discharger uses a single-sided plow blade to discharge materials from one side of the belt. Its plow blades typically feature a straight design, and the materials used include chromium-nickel stainless steel or high-molecular-weight polyethylene plates, which can be selected based on the characteristics of the material being handled. This equipment is equipped with a mechanical locking mechanism that allows precise adjustment of the plow blade height, ensuring tight contact between the blade and the conveyor belt and thereby preventing material spillage and belt wear. The drive system employs either an electro-hydraulic actuator or an electric actuator, supporting both local and remote control. It is suitable for conveying applications with belt speeds up to 2.5 m/s and material particle sizes up to 25 mm.

The bilateral plow-type discharger features a V-shaped dual-plow blade design, enabling simultaneous material discharge to both sides of the conveyor belt. The outer plow blade is made of metal, while the inner plow blade is constructed from wear-resistant rubber sheets, striking a balance between discharge efficiency and conveyor belt protection. Its locking mechanism is a mechanical gripping type, allowing dynamic adjustment of the plow blade position and preventing blade vibration caused by material impact. The equipment is equipped with a set of variable-angle idlers that automatically flatten the conveyor belt during discharge and then return it to its original trough shape once卸料 is complete, ensuring smooth material flow.
